My Journey
My career started in the heat of real emergencies—as a firefighter paramedic, I learned how to lead under pressure, communicate with clarity, and stay calm in chaos. I didn’t realize it then, but those same principles would shape how I approach business and leadership today.
After years of service, I made the leap into healthcare leadership and eventually earned my PhD in Organizational Leadership and Change Management. My research focused on employee engagement, but what really stood out to me was how powerful connection is—in the workplace, in teams, and especially in business growth.
That’s what led me to Network In Action.
I was looking for a better way to build meaningful relationships in the business world—something more than surface-level networking or cold calls. I wanted a way to build community while driving real results. When I discovered the NIA model—referrals powered by trust, accountability, and monthly mastermind-style meetings—it was the perfect fit.
Today, as a Network In Action franchise owner, I bring business owners together in curated groups that foster collaboration, growth, and mutual success. It’s not just networking—it’s a movement to transform how we do business, together.
